How Nomos publishes educational resources.
Nomos publishes firm-level educational material for independent RIAs. Our aim is to make regulatory topics easier to understand without turning a general resource into legal advice, a filing determination, or a promise of a regulatory outcome.
Source and attribution standards
When an article discusses a specific regulatory framework, we link to the primary public source where practical—for example, SEC rule releases, instructions, or other official materials. We identify the publisher as Nomos Regulatory Advisory and preserve article publication dates so readers can evaluate context.
Scope and review standards
Educational content is written at a general level. A firm’s registration status, state requirements, business model, client facts, contracts, and regulatory history can change the analysis. Readers should not treat a general framework as a decision for their specific firm.
